Sponsor
Why Sponsor?
The SUAS competition relies on the generous support of its sponsors. This provides resources for student awards, competition development, and competition operations. Without such support the SUAS competition would not exist. Thank you to all of our sponsors! Email Alicia Gavin (agavin@robonation.org) or fill out the form below to learn more about sponsorship.
Support The Future of Unmanned Aerial Systems
The SUAS competition ignites interest in the Unmanned Aerial Systems field and challenges students to advance the state of the art. By supporting the competition, sponsors ensure these students can grow to shape the future of Unmanned Aerial Systems.
BRANDING AND VISIBILITY
Sponsorship opportunities offer visibility across a range of platforms, including event materials, signage, and digital resources. Depending on your sponsorship tier, you could gain recognition through social media campaigns, logo placement on event websites, or customized branding options like student t-shirts and lanyards. Additional possibilities include contributing guest posts to the RoboNation website, highlighting your support for the competition and your role in advancing technology and innovation.
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, STUDENT ENGAGEMENT, and RecruitING
Each year 75+ international collegiate teams compete in SUAS, with teams ranging in size of 5 to 100 students. Over 1,000 students are involved, with over 500 in attendance in Maryland.
Engage with the next generation of talent through recruitment-focused sponsorship opportunities. These may include exhibit spaces, access to student resumes and project materials, or the ability to host recruiting webinars. Sponsors may also participate in onsite activities such as interviews, judging panels, or speaking engagements like Tech Talks, offering direct interaction with students and industry professionals.
COMMUNITY AND CORPORATE Publicity
Sponsorship benefits may extend to networking opportunities at VIP and student events, recognition at ceremonies, or presenting branded awards to highlight your organization’s commitment to innovation. Press releases and video interviews will be offered to sponsors at different tiers. Additional options include leading public webinars on technical or career-focused topics or contributing to competition advisory and technical engagement efforts. These opportunities help position your organization as a key supporter of the robotics and STEM community.
